So I eat about 50-100 grams of fat a week. And about 1000-2000 grams of sodium a week- O.o and about 50-100 carbs a week. Not including all the soda I’ve been drinking lately. That’s not bad for the fat grams and carbs, now I just need to work on eating less sodium. But god do I love salt..
